Make sure to update your GitHub integration using the Axiom console, and not through GitHub directly.
When you do it through Axiom, an audit log is created, and Axiom knows to immediately perform a Scan.
If you do it directly through GitHub, no audit log is created, Axiom does not know to perform an immediate scan, and there could be unexpected results.
To update your GitHub integration:
Go to Integrations from the Axiom user console's side nav

Press Update (you will be redirected to GitHub)
[IMAGE]
Make the desired changes and press Save
[IMAGE]
On the success screen press "Return to Axiom user console"
