When opening a support ticket, it is always a good idea (and often required) to provide relevant request ID/s.
To find out your request ID
Go to the Requests list page
Locate the request in question (you can use the filters if needed).
βPress on the request row to get to the Request details page
Press the copy button next to Request ID
To find out your request bundle ID
Repeat steps 1-3 above.
βCopy the URL of the Request details page.
