Overview
This guide will walk you through integrating the Axiom Security application with Okta using SAML authentication.
Log in to the Okta Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Applications and select Create App Integration.
Choose SAML 2.0 as the application type and click Next.
Application Information
Enter Axiom Security as the App name and click Next.
Configure the following SAML settings:
Single sign on URL: (This value wills provided by Axiom)
Audience URI (SP Entity ID): (This value is provided by Axiom)
Leave the remaining fields blank and click Next.
Select "This is an internal app that we have created" and click Next.
SAML Setup
Scroll down to the "SAML Setup" section and click View SAML setup instructions.
From the instructions, obtain the following information:
Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL
X.509 Certificate content (Copy the entire certificate content)
Save Configuration Details
Make sure to securely store the following details obtained from Okta:
Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL
X.509 Certificate content (The entire certificate text)
These will be used later during the Axiom configuration process.
