Integration overview
Axiom: name the integration, and provide a Microsoft tenant ID.
Teams: upload the Axiom JIT Access app manifest, and enable for your organization.

Axiom
Name the integration (the name as it will appear in Axiom).
Enter your Microsoft tenant ID.
Download the "Axiom JIT Access" app manifest file.

Microsoft Teams
As a Microsoft Teams admin, go to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
In the top right corner, from the Actions menu, select "+ Upload new app"
Select the "Axiom JIT Access" app's manifest file which you downloaded from Axiom, and upload
NOTE: Sometimes the Teams console fails to indicate that the upload has completed and continues showing a spinner. Refreshing the web page will resolve that.
Once the upload completes, the "Axiom JIT Access" app is available for your users to add to Teams.
Note: Teams also supports policies which allow you to make this app automatically added for all your Teams users - see Microsoft teams documentation for more details.
How Teams' end users can add the "Axiom JIT Access" app
Go to Microsoft Teams (desktop app, or in browser).
From the left side nav bar, select "Apps"
From the "Built for your org" section, press "Add" on the "Axiom JIT Access" card
and then press "Add" again
The "Axiom JIT Access" app is now installed for the user
