Crafted permissions are ephemeral and are created and removed by axiom just in time when a request is approved and expired.
If you want to use an existing crafted permission set as the baseline for a new request, simply press the Craft button, then in the crafting dialog, select the previously crafted permission set as your Baseline for the new request. This will create a new ephemeral permission set with a new unique name.
