Axiom's new automation workflows are here!

How to use the new workflows, and the deprecation plan for the legacy workflows..

Updated over 2 months ago

Intro

The new workflows support many more conditions, and are easier to use. Simply press the New workflow button to begin.

Your existing workflows now appear in the tab called "Legacy workflows", and are still functional. You can still edit and enable/ disable your old workflows, but new workflows can only be created in the new format.

How new and legacy workflows work together

Whenever a request is created or edited, both the new and legacy workflows are evaluated, and the first that matches the request, approves or denies it. As before, if no workflow matches the request, the request remains pending until a human approver decides what to do with it.
